Testimonial

Ashleigh is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She went through a step-by-step process to diagnose the source of my pain, explaining everything she was assessing and doing along the way to ensure that I was informed. She then treated me effectively. I am very impressed with Ashleigh’s skill, professionalism and her friendly and calming demeanour, all of which put me at ease and made me feel entirely cared for.

I saw Ashleigh after my back pain got worse playing rugby. I was so pleased by her attention to detail, and unique exercises that got me back on track playing. Highly recommend for all your treatment and rehab needs!

Ashleigh was very thorough in her assessment and a wonderfully clear communicator.

I have been seeing Ashleigh for a few years now, and we have been doing rehab work as well as Active Release Therapy which always gets me more relaxed. We did a reassessment initially, and fixed an ongoing plantar fasciitis issue (which never returned as the surrounding muscles got stronger while having some exercises to work on..).

I rarely do reviews because I often forget. However, I’m pleased to report that I’ve had a very memorable experience at ChangePain. Having several misdiagnosis in recent years, I was referred to the clinic to treat many areas of chronic pain. Intake is thorough and informative and the administrative team and their clinic to patient communication is fantastic. My Physician was Dr. Mohammadi. I found him to be really pleasant, compassionate and thorough. He was genuinely driven to get my lower back pain management under control.

Management under control.
I also utilized the Allied services and had the most wonderful Physiotherapist, Ashleigh Low. Ashleigh is hands down, the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. After almost 2 years of undiagnosed shoulder pain and unsuccessful various treatments by others, she zeroed in on the issue and I’m happy to report my torn rotator cuff has pretty much healed, I have full range of motion with almost no pain whatsoever.

I could barley lift my arm and in no time with treatment and ims I am totally good

I had an excellent experience with Ashleigh Low Physio. She took her time to assess and fully understand my injury, and was extremely thorough. Knowledgeable and kind, and made me feel very comfortable. She has been a huge part of my own understanding of the injury, and of my successful healing process. Will gladly be sending referrals her way.

I have been to many physios in Vancouver and I find Ashleigh the best. I went to Ashleigh because of a chronic arm injury. She took the time to explain the mechanics of what was going on in easy to understand, accessible language, and gave me simple exercises to do. Each visit she was extremely supportive, reassuring and positive. After a few treatments (and me doing my exercises) my arm pain was gone. I would highly recommend Ashleigh.

Ashleigh was recommended to me by my RMT nearly two years ago and has helped me improve a number of issues since. I really enjoy the way Ashleigh has me work through movements to show where I have weakness before teaching me simple exercises to help build strength. We then go through the same movements in the next session so I can see tangible progress. I always leave a session knowing what the issue is and what I need to do to improve it. Ashleigh is personable and professional and I would highly recommend her.
